Phi Life

Alpha Phi cherishes scholarship as one of our six values. We hold academics at a high standard, with an all house grade point average of 3.602. In order to create an environment of success, each underclassmen is paired with an upperclassmen mentor with the major to go to for any questions. Every semester we hold a scholarship banquet to award our sisters for their achievements. Our Director of Academics awards "Studies-A-Latte"coffee shop gift cards to the member who has the highest study hour attendance each week. We also invest part of our membership dues in an account through Chegg in order to help members with studying and academics.

Each semester we hold three socials. In the Fall, we have America Social, Country Stampede, and Winter Formal. In the Spring, we have Masquerade Ball, Wedding Party, and Spring Formal. We love these socials because it gives us a chance to refresh before the school week begins again. Don't have an outfit? Don't fret! There's about 100 closets you can borrow from! We love getting ready together in the big white house! No matter the occasion, Alpha Phi's are ready to have fun together!

Alpha Phi's are involved in all aspects of campus life and within the Lincoln community. We are Husker athletes and intramural athletes, bible study members, Dance Marathon leaders, honors society members, Husker Skybox Hostesses, Panhellenic Executives, Nebraska Human Resource Institute Senior Counselors, Greek Ambassadors, club presidents, and so much more! In our house, we have a binder filled with all of the activities our sisters are involved in. Our new members get to have a private meeting with our Vice President of Campus Activities to explore all of the campus activities that might be the right fit for them!
